Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Accurately load delivery trucks per load sheet following Matesich & AB InBev standards
- Maintain CEW/Draft cooler in a clean, organized, and rotated condition per Matesich & AB InBev standards
- Stage trucks
- Perform repack functions
- Safe operation and pre-trip inspection of forklift
- Pick invoices as assigned
- Accurately load and unload all inbound and outbound product
- Pick and load orders for the retail counter
- Deliver, pick-up, and clean draft trailers and associated equipment
- Perform "Hot Shot" deliveries in a professional and timely manner
- All other duties as assigned
Desired Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Class A Commercial Drivers License (CDL) or valid drivers license and the commitment to obtain Class A CDL within 90 working day introductory period
- Clean driving record defined as having 2 points or less on the driving record
- Ability to positively interact with others, both internally and externally
- Commitment to perform all duties in a safe manner
- Forklift, Wheeler, All warehouse vehicles, Delivery Tractor-Trailers, Manual Pallet Jack
Physical Demands
Work is performed in an open warehouse setting with varying temperatures. This position requires sight, hearing, speech, frequent standing and walking, hand and finger dexterity and the ability to grasp, reach, and twist repetitively while building skids. Incumbent must be able to safely operate a forklift and various motor vehicles including delivery tractor trailers. It also requires the ability to be able to maneuver up to 170 lbs, with or without the assistance of a wheeler.
