Pay Rate:
- 1st Shift: $17/hour
- 2nd Shift: $19/hour

Job Description: As a Manufacturing and Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our client's production process. We have several positions available across different departments, including Parts, Shipping, and Glass Framing, on both 1st and 2nd shifts.
Responsibilities (1st Shift):
- Parts Department:
- Sorting and organizing parts in the parts room.
- Glass Framing:
- Cutting glass to precise specifications.
- Collaborating effectively with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
- Adhering strictly to safety protocols and making safety a top priority.
- Maintaining good attendance and punctuality.
- Demonstrating proficiency with small hand tools and basic math skills.
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment, especially during hot summers.
- Shipping Department:
- Shipping and loading products onto trucks for distribution.
- Glass Framing:
- Master framing according to specified requirements.
- Working collaboratively within a team to achieve production goals.
- Ensuring adherence to safety guidelines and procedures.
- Exhibiting reliability and punctuality in attendance.
- Proficiency with small hand tools and basic math.
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment, particularly during hot weather.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Capable of lifting up to 50lbs.
- Commitment to safety standards and procedures.
- Excellent attendance record.
- Proficiency with small hand tools and basic math skills.
- Adaptability to work in varying temperatures, particularly in hot warehouse conditions.
