This position is responsible for producing quality packages per specifications.

Core Responsibilities
- To properly arrange and place product into conveyor cavities.
- Rearrange messy looking drafts.
- Start and stop machine to control product flow.
- Aside ends and pieces.
- Shingle drafts properly for arranger. Straighten rows, etc.
- Aside ends and pieces, scraps, off color or off grade products.
- Form and stamp cartons, pack carton per specifications.
- Inspect packages while packing.
- Maintain production volume.
- Peel salami/pepperoni
- Cut pepperoni/salamis off the rack.
- Performs other duties as assigned by Supervisor(s)

- The plant environment will include wet or humid conditions (non-weather related), extreme cold and heat (non-weather related), working near moving mechanical parts, exposure to fumes or airborne particles, and chemicals.

- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision and ability to adjust focus.
