JOB SPECIFICATION:
Complexity: Musthave the ability tolift upto30 pounds.
Working Conditions:Most of the time will be spent in the production area. This is primarily a standing position. Some of the time will be spent at a desk using various office equipment including a computer, fax machine, telephone, etc.
Physical Demands:While performing duties of this job, the associateis regularly required tostand,walkor stoop forlong periodsof time, and willfrequentlyberequiredto reach with his/her hands and arms. You must be able to listen to the instructions given and must properly relay that information to your department or team that you are overseeing. You must be able tolift upto30 pounds.
Safety/ Hazards:This position requires the ability to understand and follow company policies along with the procedures of safety rules and regulations. You must befamiliaror have prior experience with office equipment.

Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Follow daily production assignment given by the ProductionLeadership Teamto include but not limited to any of the following production positions:
- Baked Wire Cutter Associate
- Labeling Associate
- Cake, Brownie Depositing Lead
- Muffin Depositing Associate
- Frozen DoughBall Wire Cutter Associate
- Packaging Machine Associate
- Shrink Wrap Packaging Associate
- Custom Decorating Associate
- Frosting Machine Associate
- Additionalresponsibilities as required by the ProductionLeadership Team
- Maintain reliable and reasonable attendance

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Degree preferred
- Previousproduction experiencerequired
SCHEDULING REQUIREMENTS:
- 1stShift:Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday4:30am-6:00pm (work a 10-hour shift between these times)
- 2ndShift: 2:30pm-2:30am (work a 10-hour shift between these times)
- Weekend Shift: 4:30am-7:00pm (work a 12-hour shift between these times Friday-Sunday)
