The 2nd Assistant Manager - Part Time will assist the store manager in managing the daily operations of the store. This includes supervising employees, managing inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:- Assist the store manager in managing the daily operations of the store
- Supervise employees and ensure they are meeting performance expectations
- Manage inventory and ensure products are stocked and displayed properly
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
- Assist with scheduling and payroll
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior retail experience preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
