Form of workMaxim Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Mental Health Tech who is responsible for coordinating the continuum of care activities for assigned patients and ensuring optimum utilization of resources, service delivery and compliance with medical regime.
Details of the position include:
Location: Fall River, MA
Duration: 13 weeks to start, but strong chance of extension
Facility Type: Residential Group Home
Schedule: Monday-Friday with E/O weekend
Both 2nd and 3rd shift available
Start Date: Two weeks from offer
Pay Rate: $24/HR
Duties and Responsibilities (these are a general summary and not all inclusive):
- Provide case management services as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Develop treatment plans with consumers.
- Act as a primary case manager to consumers in accordance with Eliot’s policies and PACT standards.
- Participate in completing assessments as assigned by the Team Leader or Lead Clinician in a timely manner.
- Assess client's functions, strengths and needs.
- Develop therapeutic connections with each client and provide clinical interventions.
- Provide on-call on a rotating basis and rotating evening shifts.
- Provide problem-solving supports and interventions to clients
Required Qualifications:
1+ years working with Mental Health patients
Driver's license
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with population
- Computer Software Skills
- Communication Skills
- Administrative Tasks
