PROGRAM OVERVIEW:
Orangetheory® Fitness is one of the fastest-growing global fitness franchises with studios located throughout the United States as well as internationally. We are a scientifically designed, one-of-a-kind, group personal training workout broken into intervals of cardiovascular and strength training. Led by highly skilled coaches, each Orangetheory Fitness workout incorporates endurance, strength, and power elements through a variety of equipment including treadmills, rowing machines, TRX® suspension training and free weights.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist the Legal department in building out and managing legal operations systems
• Assist with the implementation of a new Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system
• Review contracts and agreements to determine areas of concern or needs for adjustment
• Assist in reviewing and identifying unauthorized IP being distributed by third-party merchants
• Use discipline specific knowledge, skills, and abilities to assist with various projects, presentations, and business improvement opportunities

Note: Function-specific responsibilities will be outlined during the interview process.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Rising 3L student in a J.D. Program
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Demonstrated project management skills and ability to balance multiple assignments at once
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate and work well with others
• Ability to take direction and work independently as well as be a “team player”
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have an established residence within a commutable distance to our office in Boca Raton, FL

WORK SCHEDULE
Orangetheory Fitness currently observes the following hybrid work model for employees at our Boca Raton, FL and Seattle, WA offices:

• Remote optional: Mondays and Fridays
• On-site days: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
