Job Description
We are currently looking for a passionate, hardworking teammate to build Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, and Mixed Reality Applications inside Unity. Our team members are dedicated designers, developers, and deliverers of specialized training, simulation, graphics, and 3D modeling. Our goal is to introduce and transition our diverse customer base to the next generation through the adaptation of our innovative products. Job Summary
- Translate design ideas, concepts, and requirements into functional and engaging applications
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, secure, and reliable code
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to address and mitigate
- Possess general knowledge of rendering, physics, and networking
Job Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of one of the following fields in computer science, game development, or comparable experience
- Knowledge of the Unity game engine
- Proven experience with game development tools and methods
- Fluent with C#, C++ and JavaScript being a plus.
- Experience with linear algebra
- Ability to use software development methodology to assist the development of AR/VR software
- Experience with VR/AR headsets, Oculus, HTC, HoloLens, etc.
- Must be eligible to obtain a Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required)
- Comply with the provisions of the corporations Standard Practice Procedures manual and DoD 5220.22-M when handling classified material to include generating, marking, storing, handling, and destroying of classified material. Comply with policies and procedures as set forth in the company’s Handbook of Policy and Procedures.
Additional Skills
- Knowledge of iOS and developing for Apple platorms
- Knowledge of Unreal engine, textures, animation, and user session management
- Understanding of ARCore and ARkit
