As a Summer Intern at CDW, you will work on high-quality projects where you will gain valuable experience while delivering work that makes a difference. We strive to provide our interns a meaningful experience and consider CDW for a full-time career post-graduation.
What you’ll do:
- Complete data analyses using SQL, Cognos, and Pyramid in an Enterprise Data Warehouse environment.
- Perform usage analysis of our current reports and provide key findings to the team.
- Support Strategic Initiatives Team as we serve as a consultant to the business, providing guidance around CDW’s sales data and Enterprise Data Warehouse.
- Work collaboratively with members of the Sales Operations team as needed.
The 2024 Summer Internship Program will begin Tuesday, May 28th and end Friday, August 2nd.
Requirements (Preferred)
- Excellent analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze large volumes of raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- History of balancing multiple time-sensitive priorities simultaneously with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business while meeting deadlines
What we’re looking for:
- Currently enrolled undergraduate students with a graduation date of December 2024 through May 2026
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven individual who will make an impact while utilizing strong written and verbal skills to communicate effectively
- Team oriented and able to develop positive relationships with coworkers and other partners involved
- Strong presentation skills, including ability to develop and deliver presentations
- Microsoft Office skills including, but not limited to Outlook, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, and Word
- Availability to work a 40-hour week within standard business hours throughout the summer
- Authorization to work in the US; without sponsorship as a full-time coworker
