As a Summer Intern at CDW, you will work on high-quality projects where you will gain valuable experience while delivering work that makes a difference. We strive to provide our interns a meaningful experience and consider CDW for a full-time career post-graduation.
What you’ll do:
- Work with the RSA to gain basic knowledge of partner supported and the overall process
- Learn and understand the data analytics skillset required for the contract and inventory analysis, reconciliation, and data analytical spreadsheet work required to put together client maintenance and renewal solutions.
- Review upcoming renewals and learn the process to work with the partner to request pricing quotes
- Understand and apply the LAER Customer Success Model.
The 2024 Summer Internship Program will begin Tuesday, May 28th and end Friday, August 2nd.
Requirements (Preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Strong Interpersonal and presentation skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Major in Business/ Marketing or Communications majors
What we’re looking for:
- Currently enrolled undergraduate students with a graduation date of December 2024 or May 2025 with ability to begin full-time employment in 2025 (if offered employment post-internship)
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven individual who will make an impact while utilizing strong written and verbal skills to communicate effectively
- Team oriented and able to develop positive relationships with coworkers and other partners involved
- Strong presentation skills, including ability to develop and deliver presentations
- Microsoft Office skills including, but not limited to Outlook, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, and Word
- Availability to work a 40-hour week within standard business hours throughout the summer
- Authorization to work in the US; without sponsorship as a full-time coworker
