The HR-Generalist-ADP (Compensation Analyst ADP) is designed as a 12-month assignment to assist the GSC Compensation Team with day-to-day tasks and special projects. The program participant manages their own projects to assist the team in achieving goals.
The HR-Generalist-ADP (Compensation Analyst ADP) is “hosted” by the GSC HR Department at SW headquarters.
Position Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting the Compensation Director with:
- Performing Job Grade/Compensation Analysis
- Administering all applicable bonus/incentive plans
- Conducting training on relevant compensation topics
- Various on-going and ad hoc report completion and distribution
- Responding to employee inquiries and questions
- Special projects as identified by the Compensation Director
Position Requirements:
1. Required :
- Must have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
MUS T be willing to relocate for the position AND upon completion of the program.
Must be open to relocating Post Program for targeted roles
Must have a minimum overall GPA of 2.8
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future
2. Preferred:
Major in Human Resources, Finance, or other Business degree or related fieldKNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
1. Required:
Experience with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel and Power Point
2. Preferred:
Previous Internship/Co-op experience within Sherwin-Williams.
Previous Internship, Co-op or work experience in a related field
Leadership experience as demonstrated by your involvement in extracurricular activities on campus or in the community
