What will you do as an IBM Business Transformation Senior Consultant?
You will work at the intersection of technology, people, and process, helping your clients transform how they conduct business to cope with shifts in the market, and more closely align them with their business strategy and vision. Business Transformation Senior Consultants develop an understanding of client processes, goals and objectives to define their future state and the path to get them there. You will help your clients understand digital and cognitive technologies and the impact that those technologies can have on traditional business processes. Enterprise Strategy: As an Enterprise Strategy Senior Consultant, you'll work at the intersection of progressive strategy and transformational technology. Strategy consultants envision, co-create, implement, and update strategies for Federal clients, leading to meaningful improvements in Agency mission readiness and service to their customers. Creating and leading business case, strategic roadmaps, target operating models, feasibility assessments, and strategy refreshes, Strategy consultants work across digital reinvention, emerging technologies, citizen and employee experience, and beyond. Constantly listening for need and bringing leading best practices to bear, Strategy Consultants envision new areas and strategies for clients to reinvent their business according to a digital agenda -from idea to reality.
Talent Transformation: Talent Transformation Senior Consultants are client-facing practitioners who sell, lead and deliver expert services to IBM clients utilizing the breadth of IBM's offerings and technologies. You will work proactively with clients to implement solutions to human capital and talent management challenges in the form of strategy, process, information technology, or organization enablement solutions. Our transformative solutions portfolio can allow you to build expertise in Human Resources Transformation, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Enterprise Change, and Human Capital Technology offerings. Our consultants develop a range of expertise that include how to lead teams, develop and win new business, analyze and synthesize recommendations, and solve diverse business issues in innovative ways.
Data Technology Transformation: Data and Technology Transformation (DTT) services help clients accelerate and achieve business outcomes by embedding and operationalizing emerging technologies into their core business processes and platform strategies. We build integrated Data, AI, IoT, Blockchain, Automation solutions across the four key domains (customer, finance/supply chain, talent & industry) and ISV partnerships to accelerate business value. Leveraging our strategic partnerships with various platform owners, we co-create, co-execute and co-operate data analytics capabilities to deliver profitability and growth.
