Northrop Grumman is seeking an AssociateLogistics Management Analyst/Logistics Management Analyst.
This position will be located in Palmdale CA, El Segundo CA, Redondo Beach CA, Oklahoma City, OK or San Diego CA.
The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman’s Product Support organization.
Essential Functions:
The selected candidate will perform the following, including, but not limited to:
Reliability and Maintainability – Ensure the warfighter meets the objectives set forth in the weapons specification.
Supportability – Defines the requirements of the support infrastructure.
DMSMS – Mitigates the impacts to the warfighter due to obsolescence.
Modeling and Simulation – Develops and executes simulations to optimize performance.
Support Equipment – Design and development of equipment used to maintain warfighter.
Controls the efficient flow of goods, services, and information between point of origin through customer placement in order to meet customer requirements.
Ensures that customer service and time objectives are achieved within existing financial constraints in order to meet marketing and financial objectives.
Ensures the execution and continuous improvement of standard logistics processes, such as the replenishment system, data interchange systems, demand management, electronic data systems administration and related functions.
Builds relationships with strategic customers through logistics initiatives.
Integrates learning from customers, competitors, operating entities, distribution, transportation, customer service, other industries, industry groups, and professional training to continuously improve competitive position.
This requisition may be filled at either an Associate Logistics Management Analyst(A01) or Logistics Management Analyst(A02).
Basic Qualifications for an AssociateLogistics Management Analyst(A01)
A candidate, regardless of age and hiring source, must meet ALL of the below criteria. The candidate must:
Be completing or has completed their Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
Be majoring in or having majored in a Business related or STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) degree.
Final approved U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite) as well as Program Special Access may be required to start.
Ability to establish a solid working relationship with technical staff, peers, and customers.
Must be able to communicate clearly both Oraly and Written
Skilled use of Microsoft Office Products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project).
Basic Qualifications for a Logistics Management Analyst (A02)
A candidate, regardless of age and hiring source, must meet ALL of the below criteria. The candidate must:
Be completing or has completed their Master’s degree from an accredited institution or is completing their Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and 2 years of engineering experience.
Be majoring in or having majored in a Business related or STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) degree.
Final approved U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite) as well as Program Special Access may be required to start.
Ability to establish a solid working relationship with technical staff, peers, and customers.
Must be able to communicate clearly both Oraly and Written
Skilled use of Microsoft Office Products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project).
Preferred Qualifications for both an Associate Logistics Management Analyst/Logistics Management Analyst
Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.25/4.0 or higher.
Previous internship/co-op or other work experience, leadership & teamwork capabilities, interpersonal communication skills, and activities (professional/community/extracurricular).
Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
Experience inputting and extracting data from SAP Business Client or similar ERP system.
Knowledge of industry Sustainment practices and standards
Pay Range
Associate Logistics Management Analyst: $45,000.00- $79,100.00
Logistics Management Analyst: $52,200.00- $95,800.00
