- Process shop orders from start to finish
- Organize all parts and start the assembly and packaging process
- Attach skirts to hooks
- Package finished product in clamshells
- Apply labels to packaging and poly bags
- Case pack product into cartons
- Package soft plastic baits in trays, bags and clamshells
- Label cartons for inventory
- Track time of each work order
- Perform quality control inspection on baits and hooks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
