Job Description
As a Production Associate (also known as Manufacturing Assistant or Production Operator), you'll be responsible for assembling custom-made heat exchangers, reading detailed instructions and blueprints, using hand tools, and packaging materials. You may also have the opportunity to use a custom hand torch to braze metals and complete the critical pressure boundary of the heat exchanger. Specific job duties will vary based on your skills, experience, and interests.

- Comfortable with hand tools and have a steady work history. Experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly is a plus, but not required.
