Dallas Airfoil Repair Operations (DARO) is looking for an Engineering Technician, charged with leading business development and strategy for the organization.  We are looking for a professional contributor to organize and drive the day-to-day operations. This person will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, organizing, and summarizing information for regular reports and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as principal team representative coordinating with program and functional departments to ensure related stakeholder information is captured and consolidated.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for internal alignment and efficiency of shared resources.
• Maintain organization and discipline of documents in Microsoft Teams and other collaborative tools.
• Maintain calendar of stakeholder and campaign related milestones, decision points and relevant events.
• Coordinate improvement results and report out on metrics via control tower and other reporting mechanisms.

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• U.S. Person or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
• 1 year experience with Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and/or other analytical tools 

Additional Information:

• Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident “Green Card” holder
