Soliant is currently seeking a skilled Nurse (LPN) to work with a district. As a 1:1 School Nurse, you will work with students who require specialized medical care. Youwill be tasked with ensuringthe well-being of your assigned student by administering treatments, managing medications, monitoring health conditions, and providing any necessary emergency care.
Requirements:
- LPN licensed in Washington State
- Prior trach/vent/g-tube experience is a plus
Duties:
- Administer medications and treatments as needed
- Monitor and assess the student's health condition
- Develop and implement individualized healthcare plans in collaboration with the student's healthcare team andparents

- K-9th grade caseload available
- Dates: 09/06/23 - 06/18/24
