Licensed clinician pay rate is $75 per session, plus 50% of collected no-show/late canx fees. Twice a month payroll
Resident pay rate is $55 per session, plus 50% of collected no-show/late canx fees. Twice a month payroll. The resident pay rate includes supervision.
No onboarding rate (though credentialing requirements may delay caseload).
Must possess an active and unrestricted licensure to practice in the state of Virginia.
- Licensed Professional Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Clinical Social Worker
- Experience counseling adults, couples, adolescents, or children
- Excellent written communication
- Telehealth ability requires a reliable internet connection
- Comfortable using Google products (gmail/docs/sheets) and other web-based software
- Signing bonus possible -based on credentialing/existing client base.
Note: Licensed practitioners are independent contractors and determine treatment options, schedule, and caseload.

You can set your own schedule, we will help you fill it and provide billing services as well as a newly furnished office in Chesapeake.
For licensed practitioners, we'll also complete your independent certification/credentialing with all the main insurance companies in the area (in case you need it).
