We are looking for a go-getter Real Estate Sales Agent!

Want to make a lot of money and work with talented people? Love helping people find the home of their dreams? So do we! We are looking for a motivated Real Estate sales agent who is passionate about making the home selling/buying experience as great as it should be.

We are also one of the few teams chosen by Zillow to service shared sellers throughout Southern California. As the largest team handling the highest volume of Flex leads in Southern California, we have been able to maintain high conversion rates since inception.

If you can handle a high volume of business, are willing to be coached, and adopt our proven systems and processes, you can increase your production and service a large group of buyers and sellers in this market. Our agents consistently open 2-3 escrows a month within their first 45 days through our training and support and our company-provided leads.

eHomes is proud to have strong lead partnerships with industry leaders such as (Zillow Flex Partner, Open Door, Clever, etc.) We currently have 4 office locations in Chino, Newport Beach, Downey, and San Diego- serving clients throughout the entire Southern California region. Top producers love our brokerage because it helps them supplement their business when their SOI is slow. Compensation:

$100,000 - $200,000

Responsibilities:
  • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
  • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
  • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
  • Prospect for new leads to promote new business
  • Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
  • List and sell residential Real Estate
  • Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers
  • Prepare and provide a strong listing value proposition to sellers
  • Consult and guide clients through all the important aspects of conducting a Real Estate purchase or sale

Qualifications:
  • Must have a valid Real Estate License
  • Tech savvy
  • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
