Youtube Video Producer

Vezcos Media is currently seeking a dynamic Video Producer to craft compelling content for our YouTube channels, mamah! and papah!. As a Video Producer, you will be responsible for managing productions from ideation to final delivery.

We are looking for an individual well-versed in YouTube content creation, who knows how to create shareable and engaging videos. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, creative, and exceptionally organized, ready to collaborate closely with our team.

Responsibilities and Duties:

● Stay attuned to internet trends, incorporating them into content strategies

● Pitch fresh ideas to the Creative Director bi-weekly

● Research and procure props within production budget, both online and in-store

● Coordinate and schedule talent and production assistants for shoots

● Direct talent on set for efficient and effective production

● Oversee end-to-end production process

● Provide constructive feedback to editors

● Analyze video analytics and adapt strategies for maximum viewership

● Scout and onboard new talent within budget constraints

● Direct designers to create compelling thumbnails to enhance click-through rates (CTR)

Qualifications:

● Passion for driving successful online video productions

● In-depth knowledge of YouTube and successful content strategies

● Fluent in Spanish, both spoken and written

● 3+ years of production experience, with online video experience preferred

● Detail-oriented and highly organized

● Strong communication skills, able to liaise effectively with talent and team members

● Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
