We are seeking an outgoing and energetic Youth Soccer Coach to join our team 'KAFK Soccer' and lead our Youth Teams U9 & U11 in local competitive leagues and other competition. As a Coach, you will host age-appropriate team practices and drills, to strengthen players skills, game tactics, team chemistry and growth. Responsibilities
- Follow age-appropriate workouts focusing on technique, endurance, skill development, and drills.
- Lead structured practices once or twice on weekdays
- Provide positive feedback, guidance, and encouragement
- Individualize practices to suit each child’s abilities
- Attend games on weekends and coach the team through their match
- Communicate with parents/guardians
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
- Previous experience coaching children/students is preferred
- Comfortable with speaking to and educating players and parents
- Knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics is preferred but not required
- First aid and CPR-certified
- Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills
