We're on the lookout for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and dedicated Full-Time Youth Sports Director to join our North Valley YMCA team! ⚽
As our Youth Sports Director, you'll be the champion of fun, leading and coordinating a variety of sports programs that foster teamwork, skill development, and a love for an active lifestyle among our young athletes. ♂
Your days will be filled with creating engaging sports curriculum, organizing leagues and tournaments, and most importantly, creating an inclusive and supportive environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to shine!

What you'll bring to the team:
- Passion for sports and youth development
- Creativity in designing innovative programs
- Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate our coaches
- A commitment to inclusivity, ensuring every young athlete feels welcome
- Current Adult & Pediatric First Aid/AED/CPR Certification from ASHI, American Red Cross or American Heart Association or willingness to obtain the certification within 30 days of hire
- Candidates must be a of minimum 21 years old
