Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program for children ages 2-8 with a focus on skill-building and character development. WHAT IT TAKES:

• Running around on cold days, beautiful days, and really hot summer days.
• Memorizing 100's of children's names every season.
• Being early to your sessions every day.
• Greeting every child to the field with a smile, and every family and school director with a positive attitude, no matter what else has happened that day.
• Being responsible, committing to your word, and being accountable to yourself, your team, and the children in your care every day.

HOURS:
Monday through Friday 9:00am-5:30pm
Saturdays 9:00am-12:00pm
We run sessions at schools and childcare centers as well as public park programs in the evenings. There is some flexibility in scheduling; meaning that if there are some mornings or afternoons where you aren't available, we can work around that. However, once your schedule is set with us, it won't change. You'll be at the same locations at the same times each week for that season.
WHAT YOU NEED:

• Passion for soccer and positively impacting youth players
• Reliable transportation and a valid Driver's License or State ID
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma
• Coaching or childhood education experience preferred

A DAY IN THE LIFE:

• Safely manage a class of up to 10 children
• Implement our curriculum which focuses on skill and character development
• Arrive on-time to your locations and provide a positive customer experience to faculty and families
• Maintain equipment and manage your class rosters
• Go home knowing you made a difference

Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program for children ages 2 to 8. Our goal is to leave a positive and lasting impact on kids through introduction to sports and activity.
Our coaches are at the heart of what we do, our real MVPs if you will. They create smiles and deliver character-building FUN by teaching age-appropriate soccer skills to kids in the local community.
Soccer Shots coaches are equipped with

1. Training - We make sure our coaches are comfortable on the field by offering informative online & in-person training to equip coaches with our curriculum and helpful (developmentally appropriate) coaching techniques.
2. Curriculum - Our curriculum is FULL of the stuff kids and parents love! Our program is curriculum based, so coaches are provided with session guides and mobile friendly resources to help you deliver the Soccer Shots experience.
3. Ongoing feedback and growth opportunities - We're a growing business and are always looking to find passionate and reliable team members to help us continue to grow.
4. Equipment - We provide everything you need for a Soccer Shots session in an on-the-go bag that fits in the trunk of a car. It's why we can have Soccer Shots in convenient locations like school gyms, classrooms, outdoor spaces, local parks and community centers.
5. Opportunities to provide feedback - We value the feedback of our dedicated team and want to know how to make our program better for the families we serve, and our coaches.
