Soccer Sidekicks Coach
Are you passionate about soccer and love working with children? We are currently seeking a dynamic and energetic individual to join our team as a Soccer Sidekicks Coach. As a coach, you will have the opportunity to inspire and guide young athletes aged between 2 and 6 years old, fostering their love for the game while helping them develop essential soccer skills and teamwork.
Position Details:
- Flexible Hours: Weekends
- Morning Shift: 9:30 am to 11:30 am and evening shift 2:00pm to 4:00pm
- At locations in brookhaven, chamblee, midtown ATL, Buckhead & surrounding areas
Responsibilities:
- Engage and interact with children in a fun and outgoing manner.
- Conduct soccer sessions at schools and on-site facilities.
- Bring and set up all necessary equipment for practice.
- Foster a positive and encouraging environment for young athletes.
- Adhere to a schedule within 30 minutes of the school/facility you coach at.
- Demonstrate punctuality, professionalism, and responsibility when interacting with parents and directors.
- Be accountable, take instructions, and show willingness to learn and grow within the position.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a head coach, teacher, nanny, or working with children aged 2-6.
- Outgoing, fun, and energetic personality with a passion for working with children.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to being punctual and professional.
Compensation:
- Training starts at $15 an hour. Once passed, Hourly rate is between $20 and $45, commensurate with experience, background, and work rate.
