Youth Ministry Coordinator

Meadowbrook Church is currently seeking to hire a full-time Youth Ministry Coordinator for our Next Gen Team. This individual should be an active and dedicated Christian who is a member of Meadowbrook Church or willing to become one. A person with demonstrated experience in assisting in creating/developing a culturally dynamic environment in Next Gen services. A person who will hold in confidence matters of information that may be sensitive to the well-being of others. A person committed to excellence in their responsibilities. All staff members are expected to: participate in departmental and staff meetings whenever scheduled, in small groups, in church-wide functions, attend a weekend service, tithe, and serve during a weekend service.

General Description
Under the direct supervision of the Youth Pastor, provide support for the comprehensive development and sustainment of a vibrant and growing Youth Ministry.
