The executive office is located at the NovaCare Complex. This 108,000 square foot facility offers excellent space, amenities, and care for the players, coaches, and staff.
Lincoln Financial Field is one of the premier sports and entertainment facilities in the United States. In addition to being the home of the Philadelphia Eagles, the stadium hosts numerous other events, providing an unmatched spectator experience for over 69,000 fans. Position Summary
The Philadelphia Eagles Youth Football Seasonal Associate will provide support to all Youth Football, high school football, and flag football outreach events, programs, and initiatives as a part of the Community Relations Department.
Reporting Relationships
The Seasonal Associate will report to the Manager of Youth Football & Community Relations
Position Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, execute and lead all Eagles Mobile Jr. Pro Clinics: Weekly in-school programming promoting flag football throughout the Philadelphia Region
  • Assist with event coordination for all Youth Football events including Eagles Academies Clinics, Eagles 11on Tournament, High School Football Showdown, Eagles High School Coaching Clinic, Flag Football tournaments, Training Camp events, Learn to Play Clinics, Youth Coaching Clinic, USA Football events & Player/Alumni Camps as needed.
  • Track and manage our Youth Football impact daily (Salesforce Management)
  • Point of contact for all Youth football League partners specific requests: AAU, AYF, LYAA, Bux-Mont Pop Warner, Bert Bell, NFL Flag, etc.
  • Manage all donation requests both internal and external for YFB related issues (over 300 requests Annually)
  • Inventory and distribute equipment given internally (over 12,000 items annually)
  • Work with Leveling the Playing Field to coordinate site visit to each group who receives product.
  • Research to identify all stakeholders in our DMA (Flag, Tackle, HS)
  • Grow Youth Football database through onsite activation at local Youth tournaments, showcases, etc.
  • Manage all youth and high school football contact databases.
  • Identify Resources to be distributed to football contact database quarterly.
  • Support Gameday Initiatives as assigned (ordering products, capturing content, etc.)
  • Develop Event Recaps following each YFB related event.
  • Provide support for other Community Relations programs, events and initiatives as needed.
  • Expected to work forty (40) hours a week plus nights and weekends as needed.

Qualifications
  • Must be a recent graduate who has completed, within the previous eighteen months, a technical, associate, bachelors, or graduate degree from a qualifying educational institution.
  • Ability to speak in front of large groups.
  • Youth coaching experience preferred.
  • Reliable transportation in order to conduct business in the Philadelphia area, as needed.
