Compassion Church is a growing church in the west Memphis area. The church has grown from 80 people to 150 in weekly attendance in just 18 months. The Churches mission is to see the lost saved, the saved freed, the freed restored and the restored fulfilled. The lead pastor Daniel Warren has a vision of reaching the city of Memphis by building sprit filled leaders and Christ centered families. We truly believe sprit filled leaders change the world & Christ centered families change generations.

Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Youth Director to join our team. As the Youth Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and strategic direction of our Youth Ministry. This is a key leadership role that requires strong program development, administrative, and Leadership Skills. The ideal candidate will have a background in ministry, leading people and a passion for building the next generation.

```Requirements```
- Minimum 3 years of Ministry Experience
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Passion to partner with parents of teens & kids.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of individuals
-Bachelors Degree recommended

Job Types: Part-time, Internship

Pay: $500.00 - $10,000.00 per year
