SalaryPosition: Youth Pastor/Bi-Vocational- Part Time @ Roaring Fork Baptist Church in Gatlinburg TN.
Required:
1) Affirmed God's Calling to work with Youth/Teenagers.
2)-Be able to give 15-20 Hours a Week to planning events/ activities with Youth.
3)-Being prepared to teach Wednesday evenings and Sunday Mornings and attend all Church Services and special events.
4)-Be a person that takes initiative to implement programs that will lead to growth of the Group.
5)-Must come from a Southern Baptist background and affirm the 18 articles of Faith
6)-Plan and Participate in one Church Funded event monthly to create a family atmosphere within the group.
7)-Build relationships with family members of the youth group.
Roaring Fork Baptist Church will support this effort with the resources needed to make the right candidate successful as well as a competitive salary.
