Day to day as a Youth Development Professional

Position Details:

SUPERVISOR: Club director or Site Coordinator
LOCATIONS: Mount Baker Middle School
STATUS: Part-time, Non-Exempt
STARTING SALARY RANGE: $19.25 to $20.32/hr DOE/DOQ (up to $1.25 extra for Spanish speaking)
HOURS: 15 - 29 Hours Weekly (Dependant on Location)
BENEFITS: Vacation and Sick Accrual, 10 Paid Operational Closure Days, 2 Self-Selected Days of Importance, EAP, and access to a 401k plan.
