About the Position:
- Supervise, guide and direct children and youth in daytime treatment program
- Plan and conduct social skills and recreation activities in accordance with treatment plan goals
- Lead groups and one-on-one instruction
- Document behaviors
- Work within a team including a teacher, support staff, therapist, school district and case manager to provide treatment based on the individual needs of each client
- De-escalate clients in crisis using Safe Crisis Management techniques
Schedule:
- M-F Daytime
- Full-time
- School year and full year schedules available
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid PA Driver's License or PA I.D. and Reliable Transportation
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, education or related field preferred, but will consider combination of education and related experience
- Must be able to obtain clean FBI, PA Criminal and Child Abuse Clearances
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Minimum Entry Rate:
- $14.40/hr. with Bachelors degree; will adjust for related experience
