POSITION: Yard/Asset

GROUP:

PHYSICAL DUTY CLASSIFICATION: Medium

DEPARTMENT: Operations Support

IMEDIATE SUPERVISOR:

REVIEWING SUPERVISOR:

POSITION PURPOSE: Manager yard facility and coordinate asset movement at

multiple facilities. Provide support to optimize asset and

maintenance practices with operations.


PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  1. Provide around the clock yard support of operations and tech services.
  2. Safely load and unload a variety of supplies and equipment.
  3. Coordinate with Area personnel for the purpose of providing service and equipment to clients and other facilities.
  4. Supply accurate and complete field service-related material transfer documents.
  5. Responsible for generating and tracking material transfers and material transfer logs.
  6. Conduct cycle count of all assets and inventory.
  7. Monitor mail, inventory and shipments to ensure the accurate tracking of assets.
  8. Comply with all HSEQ regulations with a specific emphasis on proper storage and maintenance of equipment and materials.
  9. Assist in the design and development of facilities and equipment to best maintain the facility operations.
  10. Monitor and maintain assigned inventory programs and/or projects for the purpose of maintaining conformity to all administrative, state and federal requirements.
  11. Provide maintenance and housekeeping at the facility to ensure a clean, organized and safe work environment.
  12. Travel to worksites for data gathering if necessary.
  13. Perform other functions, activities or duties as directed by supervisor.
  14. Travel to rig locations and vendors to make deliveries as needed to support rig operations.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in the asset/maintenance software application.

Ability to read equipment-related documents, printouts, reports and other written communication.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Must have excellent organizational and time management skills as well as the ability to multitask.

Proficient interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).

Ability to maintain a courteous and professional demeanor with others.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point.

(8) Kneel by bending legs at the knee, working on one or both knees;

(9) Crouch/Stoop by bending body forward/downward by bending leg and spine, you will be working in a bent over position with back belt on and/or using lower extremities and back muscles;

(10) See objects and detects motion; vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus;

(11) Lift/Move equipment parts and other objects weighing up to 100 pounds, by raising and/or lowering them either a horizontal and/or vertical direction in a forward, backward, in or out motion;

(12) Push/Pull an object by jerking, wrenching, stretching, towing, dragging, squeezing, mashing, packing, pressing, punching, compressing, jamming, compacting, squashing, shoving, tugging, etc in a steady backward, forward, upward and/or outward in a sustained motion.
