SalaryYard Laborer – Class 1
Summary/Objective:
The Yard Laborer – Class 1 is responsible for loading, moving, general maintenance and cleaning of heavy and small rental equipment.

Responsibilities:
-Assures all equipment marked “Ready to Rent” is cleaned greased.
-Must be able to operate heavy and small equipment.
-Abides by and leads in all SAFETY policies and procedures.
-Provides excellent customer service to all customers picking up and dropping off rental equipment.
-Assists Equipment Manager and Mechanics with any Internal Repair Orders (I.R.O.’s) on broken or damaged equipment.
-May be required to assist in any off-site repairs and maintenance required.
-Assists Rental, Equipment and/or Yard Managers in regular audits of equipment marked on-lot, ready to rent tags and repairs needed tags.
-Maintains warehouse tools and service supplies with an accurate inventory count.
-Performs other duties as required by upper management.
Requirements:
-Highschool diploma or equivalent.
-Heavy Equipment/Operator’s License or 2+ years’ experience operating 10,000 lb. + equipment.
-Ability to stand for long periods of time in all weather conditions and lift up to 150 lbs.
-Ability to work independently.
-Reliable and trustworthy.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
