Salary`Yard Technician
Midsouth Rentals is looking for a part-time Yard Technician to help clean and prep construction equipment for rental. This position leads to more opportunities within the company, such as mechanics and drivers. Great introductory job with lots of room for growth. This job also includes check in of equipment, washing machines and helping mechanics do routine services. No experience is required but if you have experience running or working on equipment it is a plus. Some overtime hours as needed.
Responsibilities
- Technician must be willing to learn to perform basic service.
(Grease, check oil/hydraulic fluid/ etc.)
- Technician must have excellent customer service skills and communication skills
Required
- Transportation to work
- Prefer experience with construction equipment but not required
- Willing to learn about equipment
- Customer Service Experience
- Must be able to pass a drug screen & physical
Education and experience that prepares you for success:
· High School diploma or GED required
Pay Based on Experience:
Hourly Pay Range: $15.00 - $17.00
Classification: Non-exempt Full Time
Additional Job Details:
· Monday – Friday
· 5-6 hours a day
