Shift: Monday – Friday 6 am to 2:30 p.m.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Assist with the operation of various duties including, but not limited to:
a. Movement of materials
b. Operation forklift
c. Load and unload equipment
d. Sandblast
e. Pressure wash
f. Clean work areas, machines, equipment
- Perform simple maintenance tasks on equipment and facility.
- Promote safety and good housekeeping practices.
- Bring any irregularities or non-conformities to the attention of the supervisor or management.
- Organize and clean Shop.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent attendance is critical.
- Must be able to pass a drug screen & background check.
- Must be able to regularly lift 50lbs, bend, climb, stoop, and stand.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a forklift operator certification, with training available provided by the company.
- The ideal candidate should be mechanically inclined.
- Language Skills: Must be able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Work Environment: expect to work in all weather conditions, outside work setup, dust, noise, etc.
- Must have the ability to report for work on time, follow directions, interact effectively with co-workers, understand, and follow rules and procedures, and accept constructive criticism.
- Obtain CDL A or B with endorsement prior to or during the employment period.
