As an Accounting Assistant at Five Crowns, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our finance department. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including processing invoices, collections, order entry, answering phone calls, and providing top-notch customer service. Key Responsibilities
1. Invoice Processing:
· Review and process incoming invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
· Ensure timely and accurate entry of invoices into the accounting system.
· Maintain organized records of invoices for reference and auditing purposes.
2. Collections:
· Assist in the collection of outstanding payments from customers.
· Contact customers to follow up on overdue invoices in a professional and respectful manner.
· Collaborate with the accounts receivable team to resolve payment issues.
3. Order Entry:
· Accurately enter and process customer orders into the company's order management system.
· Collaborate with sales and warehouse teams to ensure orders are fulfilled on time.
· Maintain order records and track order statuses.
4. Customer Service:
· Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns from clients, suppliers, and internal team members.
· Assist customers in resolving billing and payment-related issues.
· Handle incoming phone calls and emails with professionalism and courtesy.
5. Administrative Support:
· Assist with general administrative tasks related to the finance department, such as filing, data entry, and report generation.
· Collaborate with the finance team to ensure the accuracy of financial records.
