Yard Associate

• Learn company products though out the whole yard, culture, and company procedures-Primarily in customer loading and relations, deliveries, returns, pulling orders, receiving, and purchase orders.
• Provide the highest level of customer service to all of our customers. Loading them promptly and ensuring the correct products are loaded.
• Maintain security over and accurately inventory all products leaving the yard.
• Work together in a respectful nature with all coworkers to accomplish tasks.
• Deliver material as needed to jobsites in an accurate and timely manner to customer satisfaction.
• Stock materials such as shingles and sheetrock in buildings to company standard.
• Assist in training new employees to be successful members of our team.
• Maintain Pre-Trip inspections daily on all trucks, forklifts, and delivery vehicles.
• Record information on loading tickets, invoices, purchase orders and related & relay said information to correct personnel.
• Coordinate with correct personnel to accomplish tasks effectively.
• Execute the day-to-day goals/tasks assigned by the leadership team.
• Responsible for keeping the yard and company vehicles clean of garbage and debris.
• Work safely in accordance with OSHA rules and regulations.
• Work assigned shifts/hours and extra shifts/hours as needed or directed by the Leadership team. -May include evenings and weekends.
• Any and all other tasks and duties as assigned.

• Be able to lift 100 pounds continuously through the day.
• Following proper lifting procedures.
• Ability to work at an elevated level.

Job Type: Full (Some weekends)

Wage: Starting at $15/hr depending on experience
