Help enroll new and existing customers for Xfinity Highspeed Internet, Mobile, and TV Service in expanding territories throughout the state. Help determine if customers qualify for FREE Highspeed Internet!
You will work with existing customers and non-subscribers in the field to determine eligibility and enroll customers in this fantastic program quickly! New ACP customers qualify residents to receive High-Speed Internet (100Mbps) for Free! Many New customers qualify for a FREE Line of Mobile!
You will be the face of one of the nation's most recognized, top-of-the-line, cutting-edge tech products. You’ll be trained to answer questions and use a consultative enrollment approach to build value with new and existing customers.
This is a permanent position, with great opportunity for growth within our organization!

Who Qualifies for ACP?
Households and individuals who are currently enrolled in ANY of the following Programs:
- Anyone with an Unemployment filing during the COVID pandemic (after Feb 29th 2020)
- Lifeline Phone Program
- Free or Reduced lunch through the National School Lunch Program (NSLP)
- Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)
- Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF)
- Federal Public Housing (including Section 8, Multi-family units, and Public Housing Authorities)
- Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP)
- Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC)
- Head Start
- Pell Grant recipient for current academic year
- Tribal Programs
- Medicaid
- Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
- Veterans Pension & Survivors Benefits
- Proof income is 135% or less than federal poverty guidelines
Full-Time, Part-Time, and Quarter Time positions available in multiple territories
All agents will go through a training course to develop a full understanding of the specific Windstream Kinetic products and the government program they'll be representing. A key focus of the training will be on determining eligibility and quickly enrolling a customer.
