Leverage your analytic skillset to unlock the future of product innovation and help shape how clients experience our offerings with the right pricing and positioning. 

 

As a Market and Product Expansion Manager in Global Treasury Services Payments, you are an integral part of the team whose work supports the successful release and adoption of products. As a core contributor of the team, you align the needs of clients in the market, as well as the price and position of our products. 

 

Job responsibilities

  • Conducts comprehensive pricing analysis to evaluate market trends, competitor pricing strategies, and client behavior
  • Performs market research to understand the local needs and requirements for product improvements
  • Develops and maintains a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively tailor collateral to specific markets
  • Communicates regulatory guidelines to Product Managers to ensure our products meet risk and compliance requirements and are delivered on time
  • Advises on the available standards, methods, tools, and applications relevant to the regulatory environment to ensure our products meet all necessary risk and compliance checks
  • Develop, communicate and execute go-to-market commercialization plans for TS Payment product initiatives; Collaborate across all product rail teams and departments, conducting an impact assessment and identifying stakeholders are ready for planned implementation
  • Partner with marketing teams for on value proposition, client deliverables and communications
  • Partner with field strategy to ensure a thoughtful plan on sales readiness; Partner with operations to ensure internal readiness and support
  • Lead Smart Targeting cross-sell campaign workstreams and drive pipeline visibility, tracking and management to drive client product adoption and increase revenue streams
  • Contribute to project planning process to ensure all readiness activities are included and tracked in the project delivery schedule

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in Product, Technology, or Project Management
  • Strong understanding of risk management and controls, regional and local nuances, and governance requirements
  • Proven ability to comprehend and interpret market regulatory requirements to confirm and secure required market approvals and operational requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, Masters/MBA preferred with background in communications, marketing, sales, consulting and/or operations 
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience including combination of product management and/or payments industry experience, primarily in a similar role and size of company
  • Thrives in driving cross-collaboration across a wide variety of people at all levels of the organization
  • Drives clarity across competing priorities with willingness to roll up sleeves, always poised and positive even in situations influenced by frequent change, disagreement, stress, and ambiguity
  • Strategic and thoughtful communicator with outstanding written and verbal communication skills
