Xactly Payroll Project Manager Consultant

Position Overview:
Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our HCM Solutions practice.
Responsibilities:

• This is a project to standardize the method and timing for sales commission payments.
• There are 237 sales people in 40 countries 37 countries are on ADP Streamline and 3 are on ADP GlobalView.
• The goal is to implement Xactly to calculate the commission payments.
• ADP will set up an extra monthly pay run. Xactly will send a commission file (we are thinking one to each country) by the 23 rd of the month, and then the client wants every country to pay the sales people on the last day of the month.
• A Project Manager is needed to oversee the process of getting all of this set up.
• The project would start in March 2024.
• The PM would have to work with each country to set up a process.

Duration: 6 months with the possibility of extending.
Working Hours: Full-time.
