Overview

RJI Professionals, Inc. is a prominent General Contractor specializing in storm restoration and water and mold mitigation. We are currently in search of a Full-Time Finance Administrator/Construction Administrative Assistant to bolster our Finance Department and contribute to the continuous growth of our team.

Job Summary

The Finance Administrator will assume responsibility for multifaceted aspects of our construction projects, encompassing tasks such as creating estimates, preparing insurance supplements, soliciting subcontractor estimates, managing accounts receivables, and more across all our branches.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Review insurance estimates, photos, and paperwork to identify deficiencies and items that were omitted from the scope of repairs. These items may include building code requirements, overlooked damages, and more.
• Utilize Xactimate to prepare a supplemental estimate to address the identified deficiencies to ensure an accurate repair scope and job profitability.
• Obtain and review bids, estimates, and quotes provided by subcontractors that are in line with the desired scope of repairs.
• Submit estimates, photos, building code documentation, etc., and maintain consistent follow-ups with insurance carriers and adjusters to reconcile differences between estimates to come to an agreed-upon scope of repairs.
• Prepare, submit, and follow up on completion certificates submitted to insurance carriers and adjusters once repairs have been completed
• Prepare, submit, and follow up with clients on invoices, project deposits, and payments.

This position is an in-office/desk position.

Experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
