Job Description
Rocky Mountain Enterprises is a locally owned and operated Storm Restoration company assisting clients with hail claims and exterior restoration projects. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with strong communication and organization skills to assist with the supplementing process for our clients
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process incoming claims
- Review Scopes of work, photos, and claims documents generated by our project managers
- Work with project managers and office manager to gather necessary information to properly supplement claims.
- Communicate directly with clients, project managers and insurance adjusters
- Analyze and audit claims for missing items
Skills
- Knowledge in the roofing industry is ideal
- Strong negotiation skills
- Xactimate knowledge is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to problem solve and multitask
- Prior experience as an insurance adjuster is helpful but not required
- Team player and ability to work effectively with other members of the team
- Maintain a clear and open line of communication throughout the entire job
- Ability to work and solve problems independently while also still maintaining the ability to work well with others as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,272.83 - $80,178.03 per year
Compensation package:
- Bonus opportunities
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

- Englewood, CO 80112: Relocate before starting work (Required)
