Position Title: X-Ray Tech
Pay Rate: $53/Hourly
Work Location: Portland, OR
Shift: Day 3x12-Hour (08:30 - 21:00), Night (3x12 Hours) 21:00 9:30
Hours/day: 12 Hours
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Licenses Requirement: OR license required
Certification Requirement: ARRT, BLS
Job Description:
Perform X-ray imaging procedures on patients as prescribed by physicians.
Position patients and equipment to obtain high-quality diagnostic images.
Ensure patient comfort and provide clear instructions during the imaging process.
Adhere to safety protocols to minimize radiation exposure to patients and staff.
Maintain and calibrate X-ray equipment for optimal performance.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to review and interpret imaging results.
Record and maintain patient information and imaging files accurately.
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Follow infection control procedures to prevent the spread of diseases.
Stay updated on advancements in X-ray technology and attend relevant training sessions.
