Summary:
- X-ray Tech Responsible for coordinating and performing radiographic procedures.
- Prepares room, equipment, contrast and materials as needed for patients.
- Cleans and disinfects radiographic room and equipment.
- Prepares patient for radiographic procedure: explains procedure, assists patient throughout the exam including exiting the room.
- Follows prescribed techniques in administering specific x-rays in order to obtain diagnostic images.
- Observes patient and equipment during procedure-reports unusual occurrences and records patient condition as needed.
- Maintains stock supplies and performs general office duties.
- WA State X-Ray and American Heart Association ACLS Card.
