Job Description
We are looking for a Full time certified xray technologist for our busy orthopedic practice. Someone who is professional, enthusiastic, and reliable candidate with the ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Radiographic equipment is operated according to established guidelines.
Diagnostic radiology services are provided for patients of all ages applying the principles of radiation protection and in adherence to department policy and procedure.
Patient care and education is provided for performance of procedures.
Proper patient positioning and technique selection is used to ensure radiograph technical quality standards. Contributes positively to meeting departmental goal of a retake analysis.
Daily responsibilities include, but not limited to; ordering x-rays, updating schedules, supporting team by assisting in exam room and getting patients to and from waiting areas.
Radiation safety principles, contact precautions, proper handling of requisitions, and pre/post procedures are integrated into work practices.
Additional department, organization, or network activities are completed per established objectives.
Other duties may be assigned by management as needed.
Experience:
Radiologic Technologist: 2+ years (Preferred)
Will consider new grads
Education:
Associate
License/Certification:
Radiologic Technologist License (Required)
ARRT Certification
