As our enthusiastic and hardworking WTA SUPERVISOR/DRIVER, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):

1. Supervise, coach, and train beneficiaries to reach operation efficiency and achieve work therapy goals.
2. Drive Beneficiaries to assigned location for WTA assignment.
3. Promote positive behavior and maintain boundaries that benefit the progress of the beneficiary’s program.
4. Evaluate performances and give accurate reviews and clear attainable goals.
5. Ensure that all merchandise is priced according to pricing policy.
6. Ensure that quality control is maintained for all materials going to the stores.
7. Responsible for the collection and security of all jewelry and other high ticket
8. Responsible for the adherence to the policy that no merchandise is taken, given, or lent. Shopping or storing product is strictly prohibited.  Merchandise is never sent to a specific location with the intent to purchase at a later date.
9. Ensure the safe, proper use, and maintenance of warehouse supplies and production equipment.
10. Keep immediate working area clean, neat and organized.
11. Follows safety measures established and maintained by ARC policy and government regulations.
12. Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS:  

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred
• Hold and maintain valid Driver’s license and ability to drive company vehicle to transport Beneficiaries.
• Ability to lead, motivate and mentor teams of beneficiaries.
• Consistently demonstrates strong communication, leadership, accountability, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to differentiate quality of donated items.
• Adaptability to supervising and working in various production units.
• Proven track record hitting production goals.
• Previous experience working with diverse and vulnerable populations.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist on an intermittent or continuous basis.
• Ability to grasp, push, pull objects such as files, file cabinet drawers, clothing carts, merchandise carts, rolling clothing racks, fixtures, furniture dollies, platform trucks and carts, hand trucks and miscellaneous carts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to perform various repetitive motion tasks.

SCHEDULE:

Work schedules are determined by Management and employee must be flexible to always ensure adequate coverage. Full-time employees may be scheduled to work any full-time shift including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
