Sandy Ridge Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is now hiring a full-time Registered Nurse ( RN ) or Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ) to work as a Wound Care Nursewho is committed to providing the best life and care for our residents. The Wound Care Nurse ensures that the high quality of nursing care is delivered efficiently and effectively. Supervises and coordinates activities of nursing personnel on the assigned unit. Manages resident care through MDS, care planning process, and resident assessments/observations, and directs the Infection Control program for the facilty. Sandy Ridge Center for Rehabilitation & Healing is a 60-bed Skilled Nursing Facility that specializes in short-stay rehabilitation and long-stay care. WOUND CARE NURSE (RN / LPN ) QUALIFICATIONS:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License by the State
• Skilled Nursing Experience Preferred
• Prior experience in Wound Care nursing is prefered
