Wound Care Nurse We are currently seeking a Wound Care Nurse for the to join our team. As the Wound Care Nurse you will be responsible for coordination and clinical management of the Wound Care needs across our campuses. Working collaboratively with the medical and nursing team, this position will be responsible for the assessment, treatment, and documentation of wounds.
Essential Qualifications: Must be a graduate of an approved nursing program with active LPN or RN licensure. Minimum 2 years experience as wound nurse (skilled nursing home preferred) Wound Care Certified Nursing Department Experience (preferred) Performs wound rounds with clinical team in 3 days per week.
