SalaryOverview:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Worship Leader to join our team. As a Worship Leader, you will have the opportunity to lead and inspire our congregation through worship. This is a vital role in our church community, and we are looking for someone who can effectively communicate and connect with our members.
Duties:
- Lead worship services by selecting appropriate songs and creating engaging worship experiences
- Play an instrument (guitar, piano, or other) and/or sing during worship services
- Mentor and develop other musicians and vocalists within the worship team
- Collaborate with the pastor and other church leaders to plan and coordinate worship services
- Create an atmosphere of worship that encourages congregational participation
- Educate the congregation on the meaning and significance of worship
- Provide leadership during rehearsals, ensuring that all musicians are prepared for services
- Maintain a strong spiritual life, setting an example for others in the church community
Requirements:
- Strong musical abilities, including proficiency in playing an instrument (guitar, piano, or other) and/or singing
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal
- Ability to lead and inspire others through worship
- Knowledge of various styles of worship music
- Experience in mentoring and developing musicians/vocalists
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with others

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
