The Workplace Experience Host is an integral part of Latham’s Workplace Experience (“WE”) team. This role will be responsible for responding to the needs of clients and delivering timely and meaningful results, while supporting the day-to-day operations by providing an elevated and intuitive service that allows internal and external clients to work seamlessly, productively, and efficiently. This role will be located in our San Diego office. The schedule for this role is 7:30 am - 4:00 pm PT, Monday – Friday, with the ability to be flexible to meet the needs of the team. This is an in-office role.
Other key responsibilities include:
- Anticipating client needs through meticulous preparation and organization; building and maintaining client profiles to tailor support
- Offering a genuine welcome to all visitors and personnel; escorting internal and external clients to their destination; tailoring a personalized approach to ensure a seamless arrival and comfortable experience; thoroughly preparing for the day in advance; managing time and tasks effectively to deliver outstanding support; registering visitors and coordinating details with building security, administration, and other stakeholders
- Maintaining Guest Services and other relevant inbox communication; in collaboration with the WE 24/7 team, ensuring prompt, one-stop resolution service to internal and external clients; handling HVAC adjustment inquiries and general assistance inquiries; coordinating inquiries in accordance with local matrix of responsibilities
- Assisting with various ad hoc tasks including, but not limited to, logging or handling of minor repairs, office content moves, print and mail support, food and beverage requests, and space configurations
- Ensuring workstations, offices, and collaboration spaces are presentable, equipped, and configured to customer specifications and ready for use; consistently spot cleaning, tidying, and reconfiguring amenity spaces, pantries, cafes, soft seating, and other areas; ensuring appliances and coffee machines are in proper working order and stocked appropriately; stocking snacks and beverages as needed to ensure a plentiful, neat, and tidy appearance
We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Demonstrate knowledge of health and safety standards and regulations
- Display the ability to utilize and navigate various technology platforms and applications
- Possess the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the appropriate discretion
And have:
- A High school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of two (2) years of hospitality or customer service management experience
