We are looking for a part-time Workplace Experience Associate that can support the various touch points employees have with the workplace environment, whether that's in the physical office or the digital workplace. Our employees are your customers and you will manage daily operations to create a workplace that increases individual well-being, personal productivity, and organizational effectiveness.
What you'll do:
- Act as the first point of contact to meet and greet guests, answer all incoming calls, help visitors and vendors gain access to the building
- Submit work orders and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address facility issues
- Plan + support employee events including catering, booking resources, reservations, and event coordination
- Order and maintain breakrooms, office, and restrooms plus their supplies
- Manage incoming shipments and coordinate pick up and delivery of express mail (UPS, FedEx)
- Utilize ticketing system to address and support employees and their requests and concerns
Who you are:
- 2 Years work experience, customer service focus preferred
- Organized, collaborative, proactive
- Flexible and quick to learn
- Experience with Google Suite is preferred
